Ingredients

  • 2 Large Bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Oatmeal
  • 1/3 Cups of Chocolate Chips (I like to mix in peanut butter chips too!)
  • A Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Peel banana and mash with fork in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine banana and cinnamon with oatmeal. Mix until combined.
  4. Mix in chocolate chips.
  5. Using hands, roll into balls and place onto cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool, then serve (they’re also good when still slightly warm!)
  8. Sorry on the counter for up to 5 days.
