Hi there! I’m Emily, a weight inclusive registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) who specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors. For 25 years I struggled with my own battle between food and my body- and it is EXHAUSTING.
After graduating college, I knew that I didn’t want to be another medical professional that caused harm. Instead I wanted to be someone who could help heal the past traumas of my clients.
Whether you’re dealing with disordered eating habits or a diagnosed eating disorder, I am here for you.
Together we will work to nourish your relationship with your food, fight back in the battle with your body, and continue to step closer to recovery.
Set up an appointment today to get started in healing your relationship with YOU.

In addition to working on her degree, Emily is also pursuing a Body Trust Provider certification and an intuitive eating counselor certification.
