- 2 Large Bananas
- 1 1/2 Cups of Oatmeal
- 1/3 Cups of Chocolate Chips (I like to mix in peanut butter chips too!)
- A Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Peel banana and mash with fork in a medium bowl.
- Combine banana and cinnamon with oatmeal. Mix until combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Using hands, roll into balls and place onto cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then serve (they’re also good when still slightly warm!)
- Sorry on the counter for up to 5 days.
