Easy Weeknight Stir Fry for One


  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3-4 oz Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2/3 C Mixed Frozen Vegetables (Corn, Carrots, Peas)
  • 1/2 C Frozen Broccoli
  • 1/2 C Frozen Snap Peas
  • 1-2 Tbsp Stir Fry Sauce (Your Favorite Brand)


1.) Warm olive oil in a pan on medium hot.
2.) Add chicken to pan and cook until pink is almost gone.
3.) Add vegetables to pan and cook until bright colored and sauce.
4.) Add stir fry sauce and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165º.
5.) Remove from heat and enjoy!
